E-GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all E-Gift Cards purchased via touselled.com ("the Website"). By purchasing or using an E-Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2. The E-Gift Card is issued by Touselled [Insert Legal Entity Name/Address if applicable].
1.3. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 

2. Purchase and Delivery

2.1. E-Gift Cards are digital products and are delivered via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
2.2. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. Touselled.com is not responsible for E-Gift Cards delivered to an incorrect or non-existent email address.
2.3. E-Gift Cards cannot be purchased using other E-Gift Cards as a payment method.
 

3. Non-Refundable Policy (UK Consumer Information)

3.1. No Right to Cancel: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, by purchasing an E-Gift Card, you acknowledge and expressly agree that the digital voucher is delivered to you immediately upon purchase.
3.2. Point of Purchase: Because the E-Gift Card is a digital product made available for immediate use, you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Therefore, all E-Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable at the point of purchase.
3.3. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credited to a bank account, or used to purchase further E-Gift Cards.
 

4. Redemption and Use

4.1. E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at touselled.com against the purchase of eligible digital products.
4.2. If the total order value is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use (until the expiry date).
4.3. If the total order value exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using a standard payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.).
4.4. E-Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
 

5. Expiry

5.1. E-Gift Cards are valid for a period of [12/24] months from the date of purchase.
5.2. Any balance remaining on the E-Gift Card after the expiry date will be forfeited and the card will be deactivated. No refunds or extensions will be granted for expired cards.
 

6. Security and Risk of Loss

6.1. The risk of loss and title for E-Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient.
6.2. Touselled.com is not responsible if an E-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
6.3. As the product is digital, please treat your E-Gift Card code like cash. Touselled.com cannot replace lost or stolen codes once the email has been successfully delivered.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Touselled.com excludes liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the E-Gift Card.
7.2. In the event an E-Gift Card is non-functional due to a technical error, our sole liability shall be the replacement of said E-Gift Card with a balance equal to the original amount.
 

8. Amendments

8.1. Touselled.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and will apply to all E-Gift Cards purchased after the date of the change.
